Architectural Review Committee
This committee is responsible for reviewing and approving architectural change applications.
Social Committee
This committee is responsible for organizing and hosting events for the Milestone community.
Neighborhood Watch Committee
This committee is responsible for helping the neighborhood community learn how to make their homes more secure, watch out for each other and the neighborhood, and report criminal or suspicious activities to the Sheriff’s Office.
Pool Committee
This committee is responsible for being the liaison to the HOA Board and the pool management company. They maintain the pool email and inform the board of any concerns and highlights throughout the season. They work with the board to hire the pool management company and read through the contract. They work closely with the swim team and social committee to organize pool events, the calendar, and communicate all pool-related information to members.
