The Milestone clubhouse and fitness room are available to residents and their guests.
The clubhouse is a great place to host your next event, but it is also frequently used to host Homeowners Association-organized social events for residents. Reservations for the use of the clubhouse can be obtained by contacting the clubhouse site office at 804-550-4656. For more information, review the documents below.

Our fitness room is designed to meet a variety of wellness needs, equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, weights, and more. Access to the fitness room can be obtained by completing the policy and contract form and contacting the clubhouse site office to coordinate a key fob pick-up.
Pool
The Milestone pool provides family-friendly fun from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. With shaded tables, lounge chairs, and a gated baby and toddler pool, the Milestone pool is the perfect place the spend your summers. To join the Milestone pool or for more information, review the documents below.

Swim Team
If you have children who are interested in joining a swim team, the Milestone Makos could be the perfect fit. Our team is a summer recreation team that offers excellent swimming instruction, team-building, and community-building for our families. Most of our swimmers come from our neighborhood, but we also welcome families who live outside of Milestone, who have joined the Milestone pool, and are prepared to participate fully on our team.

Pool Party
To sign up for a pool party, please log in to the Coastline Aquatics website and click “additional services” to fill out the information. They will contact you about your date.
Questions
If you have questions or concerns about the pool or lifeguards during the season, please email pool@milestonecommunity.com. The Milestone Pool Committee, which works in conjunction with Coastline Aquatics, monitors this email.
Recreation
Tennis Courts
At Milestone, we are proud to have tennis courts for our residents to use. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or ready to pick up a new hobby, the tennis courts are available year-round from sunrise to sunset. If you are interested, stop by the clubhouse to obtain your tennis court access code and review our access and user agreement.
Basketball Court
Our neighborhood basketball court is available for all residents and their invited guests to enjoy year-round from sunrise to sunset. For questions about the basketball court, please stop by the clubhouse.
Sports Field
Offering complete versatility, our sports field is available for residents and their invited guest to enjoy year-round from sunrise to sunset, whether that be for soccer, flag football, or other recreational activities. If you have questions, please stop by the clubhouse.
